Promoting Creativity in the Project Management Environment
“Prior proper planning prevents painfully poor performance.” That statement is a variation (or, “clean version”) of an old British Army adage that applies to all walks of life. Effective project management requires a great deal of preparation and forethought. Moreover, the project management discipline requires team leaders and team members to “think outside the box” and be creative.
“Promoting Creativity in the Project Management Environment” is designed to help project management practitioners do a better job of incorporating creative thought. The facilitator will effectively combine presentation and group discussion with hands-on application of these techniques through team exercises using realistic examples and hands-on activities.
