Webinar Lessons Learned in the Project Environment

Though one of the most overlooked and under-utilized set of project processes, project closure is a key aspect of continuous improvement for the organization. Closing a project entails much more than implementing the final deliverable or training the last end-user.  A well-coordinated project closure process not only formalizes the acceptance of the project’s products/services, but also allows the project organization to properly capture knowledge gained from the endeavor. 

Lessons Learned in the Project Environment is a webinar designed to provide participants with key processes and considerations for effectively capturing what we did, what went well, what didn’t go so well, and what we did that should be incorporated in future endeavors.

This 2.5 hour session will incorporate a healthy dose of presentation, discussion, and hands-on application.
