Effective Project Requirements Gathering and Management
This is a Pre-Recorded Webinar available for viewing on your own schedule. |

Project requirements are best described as the tool project teams use to illustrate and communicate the specifications of what is expected to be delivered by the project. In other words, requirements represent what a project team is measured against at the “end of the day.” As an extension to the previous Web’n Learn (Scope Definition and Decomposition), Effective Requirements and Management is designed to help project practitioners better articulate a project’s expected outcomes. In this session, participants will learn better ways to describe and track requirements and specifications. Better crafted and written requirements will put a project team in a better position to align with stakeholder expectations.
