Webinar Project Resource Planning
Who is Going to Do the Work?
In the end, projects are delivered by people – not software applications, process steps, and document templates. Sure, the technology and processes a project team employs can certainly assist in the delivery of the initiative; however, projects will not be successful without engaged resources.
The Webinar Project Resource Planning is designed to provide participants with more effective methods for identifying project resource needs (both human and non-human), communicating roles and responsibilities (resource assignment matrix), and dealing with conflict and other resource constraints. Participants will learn about relevant and useful approaches and tools that can be used to best engage the project’s most critical asset – the human resources.
