Webinar Risk Management, Part 2: Response and Contingency Planning

The Project Management Institute (PMI^®) asserts that 90% of a project’s problems can be resolved by the proper integration of risk management principles. Project Risk Management represents the set of processes designed to deal with the uncertainties that can affect any project endeavor – both positively or negatively. These standard processes include Plan Risk Management, Identify Risks, Perform Qualitative Risk Analysis, Perform Quantitative Risk Analysis, Plan Risk Responses, and Control Risks.

This Web’n Learn, Project Risk Management, Part 2: Response and Contingency Planning, will highlight the better practices associated with the Plan Risk Responses process. The facilitator will present common, unique, and collaborative methods for addressing project risks through proactive initiatives. In addition, this session will illustrate realistic and useful methods for formulating adequate contingency plans.

This session is part 2 of 2; a previous Web’n Learn addressed both risk identification and analysis.
