Conflict Resolution for Project managers
Conflict occurs in projects and in life. This Web’n Learn walks-through a straight-forward model for resolving conflicts – both large and small. We will explore at examples from projects in many industries to see the conflict resolution model at work. Participants will gain an understanding of which conflict can be resolved within the team, within the organization and which need to be escalated to higher authorities. They are encouraged to resolve that which they can resolve.
“Conflict Resolution for Project Manager” is designed to help the project management practitioner discover and employ effective techniques for resolving conflict within project teams, between stakeholders and within organization factions competing for resources. In this webinar, the participant will gain insight on how to mediate conflict and reach consensus on many simple disputes. They will also learn to facilitate fact gathering so that disputants can have a full understanding of the root cause for the dispute and the possible consequences of non-resolution.
