Webinar, Program Management Essentials is designed to help participants gain an understanding of program management in the project management context. In essence, we will help webinar participants better answer the question, “How do we best organize these projects in our portfolio?” Topics covered in this session will be delivered through the five phases of program management: pre-program setup, program setup, establishing a program management and technical infrastructure, delivering incremental program benefits, and closing the program.
This webinar will benefit practitioners who manage large-scale projects and programs through illustrating advanced tools and techniques applicable to the program management discipline. Closely aligned with the Project Management Institute’s (the PMI®) Standard for Program Management (3rd Edition, 2013), participants will have the opportunity to apply lessons learned through relevant program management case studies.
